The historic "Maiden City"

This cottage is ideally located, being close to the historic maiden city of Derry / Londonderry on the border with Co Donegal. Derry / Londonderry is the capital city of the North West - a vibrant city full of culture which has been awarded 'UK City of Culture 2013'. The City is famed for it's many festivals, the historic walls, museums, nightlife and of course that all important shopping scene. The city is host to the annual City of Derry Jazz and Big Band Festival, an international event which is famous for an atmosphere that will take your breath away.
